AWM wave machine for surfing dogs makes a splash at 123rd Rose Parade

We never dreamed that one of our wave machines would cruise down Pasadena’s famed Colorado Boulevard or that it would be surfed by dogs, but on the morning of January 2, 2012 the ‘Surf’s Up!’ float sponsored by Natural Balance Pet Foods, Inc. wowed onlookers as it debuted at the 123rd Tournament of Roses Parade. Built by Fiesta Floats and carrying over 6,600 gallons of water, the engineering marvel broke the Guinness World Record for the longest and heaviest parade float. What a way to ring in the new year!
